- 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
- 1/2 oz Irish cream
- 1/2 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur
- 1 dash Bacardi 151 rum
Instructions

First pour the coffee liqueur into the shot glass; next slowly pour in the Irish cream over the back of a spoon and allow it to settle on top of the coffee liqueur; finally (again slowly) pour the Grand Marnier over the back of a spoon into the glass

Add the dash of 151 light it with a match and while the shot is still flaming quickly place a straw to the bottom of the glass and drink quickly

We recommend using a shot glass for this cocktail.
