- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 6 oz Champagne

Combine cognac sugar and lemon juice in shaker

Add ice and shake till chilled

Pour into champagne flute

Pour champagne over cognac concotion

Garnish with lemon curl
