- 3/4 oz Green Creme de Menthe
- 3/4 oz white Creme de Cacao
- 2 cups Vanilla ice-cream
- 1 Oreo cookie (optional)

Mix all three ingredients together in a blender and blend until drink has the consistency of a good milk shake
