- 1 oz ginger-infused vodka
- 1/2 oz gold tequila
- 1/2 oz lime liqueur
- top with ginger ale
- whole lemon grass
- 1 fresh lemon
- 1 fresh ginger
Instructions

crush lemon and ginger togerther in a shaker

Add all the spirits

Shake and strain into a collins glass

Top with ginger ale

Garnish with lemon grass (halved) and a slice of fresh ginger

We recommend using a collins glass for this cocktail.
