Based on a Cocktail called Sexy-Ness in New Zealand that was made the same way except with strawberry vodka and ginger beer.
The girl's name who made it was Venessa and she used her nickname in the naming.
Very refreshing!! Was developed as a Valentine's Day Cocktail Special.
The cocktail looks good to the eye with dark maroon colors at the bottom fading as it reaches the top.
Muddle all ingredients except Ginger Beer.
Strain into Pilsner Glass completely filled with Ice.
Top with Ginger Beer.
Garnish with Lime Wheel.
Notes
We recommend using a beer pilsner for this drink.
