Ingredients: 1 Kensington mango, 120 ml Bacardi white rum, 1 1/2 oz White Curacao liqueur, 1/2 cup ice cubes, 1 oz limoncello lemon liqueur, mint, caster sugar

- 120 ml Bacardi white rum
- 1 1/2 oz White Curacao liqueur
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 oz limoncello lemon liqueur

- caster sugar
Instructions

Peel and slice the mango from the flesh and stone place mango in the blender with all the ingredients except for the mint leaves

Blend until smooth and creamy

Serve chilled with a garnish of mint leaves
