- 1 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
- 1/2 oz Pisang Ambon liqueur
- 1 tsp Green Chartreuse
- 1/2 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz whipping cream
Instructions

Rim a champagne saucer with egg white and sweet grated coconut

Shake ingredients and strain into the saucer

Garnish with a slice of lime and a cherry and serve

We recommend using a champagne saucer for this cocktail.
