- 1 oz Hennessy cognac
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbspsweet clover honey

To make 1 shot mix Hennessey and approximate 1 tbsp

of Sweet Clover Honey (gourmet honey is preferred) in following ratio though this can vary slightly depending on taste

Squeeze the juice from 14 of a fresh lemon and mix drink to even

Serve at room temperature as a deliciously mellow and refined drink

We recommend using a shot glass for this cocktail.
