- 1 oz light rum
- 1 oz half-and-half
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz sweet and sour mix
- 1 slice pineapple
- 2 oz strawberries
- 1 oz coconut extract
Instructions

Puree the strawberries and pour into a hurricane glass

Fill blender with ice to 13 fulland add all other ingredients (except pineapple slice) Blend until smooth

Gently pour the slush down the side of the glass careful not to disturb the strawberry

Garnish with pineapple slice and an orchid flower
