- 1/2 oz Bacardi 151 rum
- 1/4 oz caramel syrup
- 1/4 oz Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps

Carefully layer ingredients into a shot glass in this order: Goldschlager bottom Bacardi 151 middle Caramel top

For the Caramel heat in a microwave to the point where its almost liquid

And add to the shot

Light the shot on fire blow out flames and serve

We recommend using a shot glass for this cocktail.
