- 2 oz apple brandy
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 5 - 8 oz water
- 1 cinnamon
- 1 twist lemon
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions

Dissolve a teaspoon of honey in boiling water in an Irish Coffee mug

Add brandy and bitters and fill the mug with boiling water

Garnish with a twist of lemon and a cinammon stick for stirring

We reccommend using an Irish coffee cup for this drink.
