- 2 cl Galliano
- 2 cl Cognac (Courvoisier)
- 2 cl Cream
- 1 cl Strawberry syrup
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 slice Kiwi (garnish)
- Sprinkle with Chocolate
Instructions

Blend all the ingredients together and pour into glass

Garnish with a slice of kiwifruit and sprinkle the top with chocolate
