Luscious Lou was made by Lou Rudy general manager and bartender at Cafe Topsy and Dublin 6 in New York City (NYC) USA.Pour the Stoli Ohranj (orange vodka) into a collins glass filled with ice cubes

Add the Cointreau orange juice and cranberry juice

Top off with club soda and serve
