Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Anejo rum, 1/2 oz cream Sherry, 1/2 oz Lime juice, crushed Ice, 4 oz Ginger ale, 1 twist of Lemon peel

- 1 1/2 oz Anejo rum
- 1/2 oz cream Sherry
- 1/2 oz Lime juice
- crushed Ice
- 4 oz Ginger ale
- 1 twist of Lemon peel
Instructions

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes combine the rum sherry and lime juice

Shake well

Strain into a collins glass almost filled with crushed ice

Top with the ginger ale

Garnish with the lemon twist
