- 1 1/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon orange liqueur
- 1 oz egg
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/4 oz sugar syrup

Shake mandarine egg white lemon juice and syrup well and strain into a wine glass

Pour in the champagne
