- 2 oz vodka
- 1/2 tsp sake rice wine
- 1 slice cucumber

Pour vodka and sake into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes

Stir well and strain into a cocktail glass for this cocktail.

Garnish with a rind sliver of cucumber and serve
