- 1/3 oz Pisang Ambon liqueur
- 1/3 oz passion-fruit liqueur
- 2/3 oz vanilla ice cream
- 3 1/3 oz pineapple juice
Instructions

Combine the vodka pisang ambon passion-fruit liqueur vanilla ice cream and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker

Shake well

Pour into a highball glass

Garnish with a pineapple wedge slice of lemon and mint sprig and serve
