Molokai Mike
Ingredients: 1 oz white rum, 1/2 oz brandy, 1 oz orange juice, 1 oz lemon juice, 1/2 oz almond syrup, 1/2 oz dark rum, 1/3 oz grenadine syrup

- 1 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz brandy
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz almond syrup
- 1/2 oz dark rum
- 1/3 oz grenadine syrup
Instructions

Shake white rum brandy juices and almond syrup together in a cocktail shaker
Strain into a highball glass two-thirds filled with crushed ice and mix

Combine dark rum and grenadine with sufficient crushed ice to produce a sorbetsherbet and gently add to the top of the cocktail

Garnish with in-season fruit and serve with straws
We recommend using a highball glass for this cocktail.
