- 2 oz sake rice wine
- 1 oz white rum
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 6 oz bitter lemon soda
Instructions

Pour the sake white rum and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

Shake well and strain into a highball glass

Fill with lemon soda and serve
