Negus
Ingredients: 2 oz LBV port, 1 oz claret, 1 oz sparkling Burgundy wine, 1 tsp brandy, 2 oz water, 1/2 lemon, 1 pinch nutmeg, 1 tsp sugar

Heat ingredients (with lemon thinly sliced into rings and a heaped teaspoon of sugar)

Strain into a heat-proof goblet when hot
