Ingredients
- 3/4 oz rosso vermouth
- 3/4 oz Canadian whisky
- 1 dash triple sec
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 2 oz Champagne
Instructions

Stir all ingredients (except champagne) in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes

Strain into a champagne flute fill with champagne and serve
