Invented by Martina Foran in 2008 at the launch of Go Radio with leftover ingredients from a fruit salad

Inspired by the mixologist Johnnie K who could make the contents of any fridge into a prize winning cocktail

Muddle peaches in a mixing glass with sugar syrup add orange juice and cachaca add ice add shake

Pour in to hurricane glass and top up with peach sparkling water

Garnish with a slice of peach

We recommend using a Hurricane glass for this cocktail.
