Ingredients
- 4 fresh mint
- 3 ripe pineapple
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz bourbon whiskey
Instructions

Muddle the leaves from two sprigs of mint with the pineapple wedges and simply syrup in a mixing glass

Add bourbon and ice and shake well

Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice and stir well until frosted

Garnish with two further mint sprigs and serve

We recommend using a highball glass for this cocktail.
