Queens Park Swizzle
Ingredients: 2 oz dark rum, 2 dashes Angostura bitters, 1/2 oz sugar syrup, juice of 1/2 limes, 4 mint, 2 oz soda water
Ingredients
- 2 oz dark rum
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1/2 oz sugar syrup
- juice of 1/2 limes
- 4 mint
- 2 oz soda water
Instructions

Squeeze lime juice into a highball glass

Add the shell fill with crushed ice and add the mint

Pour in the rum angostura bitters and sugar syrup

Swizzle until glass frosts

Add the soda garnish with a sprig of mint and serve with a straw

We recommend using a highball glass for this cocktail.
