Scotch Bird Flyer
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Scotch, 1/2 oz Triple sec, 1 oz Light cream, 1/2 tsp Powdered sugar, 1 Egg yolk
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Scotch
- 1/2 oz Triple sec
- 1 oz Light cream
- 1/2 tsp Powdered sugar
- 1 Egg yolk

Shake all ingredients with ice strain into a champagne flute and serve
