- 1/2 oz amontillado Sherry
- 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1 twist of Lemon peel

Shake all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into an old fashion glass for this cocktail

Add the twist of lemon peel and serve
