- 50 mlWyborrow vodka
- 25 ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 fresh lime
- 1 tspWhite caster sugar
Instructions

Wash the lime and remove the top and the bottom

Cut into quarters from top to bottom

Add the lime pieces and sugar to the glass
4
Crush the limeto make juice and muddle to dissolve the sugar
5
Add dry crushed ice to fill the glass
6
Add the vodka St-Germain and stir
7
Serve with a stirrer We recommend using an old fashion glass for this cocktail.
