This is a new kind of martini beginning to surface in high class restaurants in Mexico using the tamarindo as base for the drink.-Big Panda DuplessyAdd all ingredients to a shaker with a lot of ice

Shake until shaker is frozen and strain into martini glass

You can add a rim of chili powder mixed with sugar if desired

We recommend using a cocktail glass for this cocktail.
