This shot is obviously for Carolina fans and was created on a fun evening at Cafe Caribe in Greenville NC after Duke lost to Carolina (030406)

This shot comes out more of a Carolina blue than the more common carolina blue kamikazi

It happens to be very tasty too.Shake ingredients over ice strain into a shooter glass

Add blue curacao slowly until the appropriate color is reached

You may need to add a little shake pour some to see the color and then add more

A small amount of cream can be added if the shot is too blue

We recommend using a highball glass for this cocktail.
