A top shelf version of the Long Island Iced Tea served at Big City Tavern (formerly known as KFAN The Restaurant) in Roseville MN

Add equal amounts of Bicardi Limon Ketel One Vodka Cointreau and Blue Sapphire Gin along with a double portion of sweet and sour mix

Shake well and pour over ice in a highball glass

Add a splash of Coke

(should have the appearance of iced tea)

We recommend using a highball glass for this cocktail.
