- 1 oz Coconut rum (Parrot Bay)
- 1 oz Midori melon liqueur
- 1 splash Sweet and sour
- 1 splash 7-Up

Shake with ice and strain into an over-sized martini glass

There should be a slight amount of foam from the 7-up
