- 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
- 1/2 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
- 4 oz grapefruit juice

Shake with a glassful of broken ice and pour unstrained into a collins glass

Garnish with a slice of pineapple two cherries and a sprig of mint and serve
