- 2 oz blended whiskey
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 ozboiling water
Instructions

Pour the whiskey sugar lemon juice and hot water into an Irish coffee cup or glass

Stir well garnish with a lemon twist and a whole clove and serve

We reccommend using an Irish coffee cup for this drink.
