- 1 oz Mandarine Napoleon orange liqueur
- 1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
- 1/3 oz cognac
- 3 tbsp vanilla ice cream

Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice in a highball glass

Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry add straws and serve
