Keep it Up
Ingredients: 3 oz Champagne, 1/2 oz cognac, 1 oz orange juice, 1 dash Angostura bitters, 1 tsp sugar

Pour champagne cognac and orange juice into a champagne flute

Add one sugar cube saturated in angostura bitters and a twist of orange

Serve with a muddler
