- 2 oz Applejack brandy
- 1 ozfresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
- 4 dashes orange bitters
- soda water
Instructions

Pour the Applejack brandy lemon juice sugar and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice

Shake well and strain into a chilled collins glass

Top with soda water to taste and serve
