- 1/2 tsp superfine sugar

Pour Applejack brandy lime juice grenadine and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice

Shake well

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Garnish with a slice of lemon and a maraschino cherry and serve
