- 1 tbsp Blue Curacao liqueur

Pour the gin grapefruit juice and blue curacao into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes

Stir well

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass filled with crushed ice

Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve
