- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 3 ozchilled Champagne
Instructions

Pour the gin lemon juice and sugar in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes and shake well

Strain into a champagne flute add champagne and serve
