Cream Sherry Flip
Ingredients: 2 1/2 oz cream sherry, 1 egg, 1 tsp superfine sugar, 1 tsp light cream, 1 tspgrated nutmeg

Combine the sherry egg sugar and cream in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes and shake well

Strain into a cocktail glass for this cocktail

garnish with a dusting of nutmeg and serve
