Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- 1/2 tblsp Sugar
- 1 Egg yolk
- Carbonated water
Instructions

Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass

Fill with carbonated water and serve
