- 2 oz light or dark Rum
- Carbonated water
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 tsp Powdered sugar
- 2 dashes Bitters
Instructions

Dissolve powdered sugar in mixture of 2 oz

carbonated water and juice of lime in a collins glass

Fill glass with ice and stir

Add bitters and rum
5
Fill with carbonated water stir and serve with a swizzle stick

We recommend using a collins glass for this cocktail.
