- 1/2 oz brandy
- 1/2 oz Kirschwasser cherry brandy
- 1 1/2 oz sugar syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 7 oz dry sparkling wine

Pour all ingredients into a highball glass

Add a dusting of lemon or orange sherbet on top and serve
