Gin and Pear
Ingredients: 2 1/2 ozchilled Bombay Sapphire gin, 3 ozchilled Looza pear nectar, 2 ice cubes

- 3 ozchilled Looza pear nectar
- 2 ice cubes
Instructions
When making the Gin and Pear ensure you place the bottle of gin in the freezer an hour or two beforehand and make sure the Looza is refrigerated
If this drink (or even straight Looza) is served too warm it can seem really sickly sweet.Pour the Bombay Sapphire gin into an old fashion glass for this cocktail.
Add ice cubes and fill the rest of the glass with Looza pear nectar
Stir with knife or back end of fork and serve
We recommend using an old fashion glass for this cocktail.
