- 3 oz strawberry puree
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 2 tbsp strawberry ice cream

Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice in a wine goblet

Garnish with a sugar-dipped strawberry half add straws and serve
