- 1 oz Cream of coconut
- 1/3 cup frozen Strawberries
- 1 Mint sprig
Instructions

Blend all ingredients (except mint sprig) with 1 cup of crushed ice in an electric blender at a high speed

Pour into a cocktail glass for this cocktail

add the sprig of mint and serve
